Learn to Swim

Swimming is fun for people of all ages and children especially to those who love getting into the water and enjoying themselves. Swimming keeps your child's heart and lungs healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina and even improves balance and posture.

Stroke Corrections & Core Strengthening

Swimming is an unique exercise which it works muscles throughout the entire body.Swimming consistently exercises the core muscles and enables your abs to aid in overall stability and body control. Simply put, core muscles like abs, hips, and lower back are completely engaged when you're swimming. Stroke correction can also help swimmers which they intend to attend squads for its need to improvement of their technique.

Survival Skills

Swim safer and survival skill education lessons provide an opportunity for a swim teacher to discuss potential scenarios and situations and to equip them with the necessary skills to assist their survival in water should they encounter. 

Competitive Swimming

Designed for swimmers who are able to swim 50 metres of freestyle without stopping and are able to jump into deep water. Swimmers are taught the basics of the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) as well as competition starts and turns. If the swimmer is out of practice or has never been on a swim team before, this class is the perfect way to prepare them for a competitive team.
